“This hotel was poorly managed. Staff was very cooperative but no maintenance help. The fist room had no A/C so we requested to move. The second room was not much better. The A/C barely worked and made a horrible noise not to mention the toilet was stopped up and the sink was full of black hair and wouldnt drain. I told the front desk and she handed me a plunger, which was half boken. I cleaned out the hair from the sink. We stayed one night there then requested another room. The 3rd room the A/C……

“I stayed here five nights because I wanted to be close to the excitement of the island and centrally located to catch sunrises on the Caribbean Coast and also have a quick walk to the beaches. It was perfect for all that, and I personally never minded the five-minute walks to the beaches, and no matter which way you went there were things to see along the way. My room was in the front, and as advertised, it will be loud in the evenings! El Patio is directly across the street. I actually enjoyed……

“The property itself needed so much more maintenance. The room was definitely not as advertised . The shower head was so bad like the whole floor would get wet. The hot tub was dirty and throughout our whole stay not once did housekeeping went to the room. We had trash for days in the restroom. Mind u this was a 5 day stay so u can imagine how much trash there was . Definitely u get what u pay for but as for me we wont return unfortunately although i loved the area it was in.”
