"Comfy place! "
No its not a high class place but it fit my needs. Yes, it's dated but it was very clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable and that's all that matters. The tub however was brand new and everything in the washroom worked fine. I would totally stay again.

"you get your own cabin!"
check-in was very easy, and the owners are very friendly and accommodating. We got full use of the facilities including the grill, hot tub, and fire pit! Had a great time. The only complaint was the ton of mosquitos, which went away after a couple hours of using the mosquito coils (make sure to bring some!)

"Great Stay"
I only stayed one night, but the staff were great and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The only sort of downside is that whenever someone needed the hot water in a different unit, there was a constant clicking sound. Other than that I highly recommend this motel

"Nice hotel. But not "Close To The Beach""
The hotel is located on hwy 21 about as far away from the beach as you can get and still be in Kincardine. It is new, clean and the staff is ok. Finding the entrance to the hotel was a challenge. There is an unmarked road running parallel to hwy 21 that is he actual entrance to the hotel. We saw no signs that indicated this. And it took a couple of tries to get into the hotel. The city has done a terrible planning job in this area putting a major supermakerket, and a Tim Horton's together beside the hotel with only one entrance. The Tim Horton's drivethrough traffic blocks the entrance and backs up traffic further impeding access to the hotel. In Bruce County one finds country charm and clearly country "urban" planning! The best part of Kincardine is the beach. Great boardwalk, beautiful flowers, amazing waves, awesome sunset. And totally free! Worst part seems to be the restaurants. We tried Hawg's Heaven where they sat us beside the front door, explained nothing to us and left us waiting for menus that did not arrive. Patrons are expected to venture to a board listing menu items. $15 for a sandwich may fly on Front Street in Toronto, but grossly overpriced for Kincardine. We left. Boston Pizza was horrible. We shopped at Sobey's ate at Tim Horton's. Not exactly what we had planned. There's a piper at sundown on top of the lighthouse. Kincardine needs to pick up it's game a bit if it is targeting repeat visitors who spend money. Next we bring food.
