“Dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed by far. Had to was my own sheets and didn’t have someone clean the room the entire stay over 16 days ”

“First room was dirty then asked to move to another room which then they provided and facilities are outdated however they have a washing machine and kitchen which was good but no forks spoons cutlery and on top of that one of the service staff entered the room without permission to which then my family member had to ask them to leave not good at all”

“The hotle is ok for the price, but I was misslaid by the star rating of 4 star. I think the rating is overstated, it should be between 2 & 3 star.”

“Great hotel in Kuwait City!! Very clean and friendly staff. My only complaint is the gym. It was totally packed with outside guests. Not a very relaxing place for the hotel guests to enjoy.”
