“Rooms were clean, check in was not good, staff could not understand my English at check in. This was a first of experience that my English was not understandable. “There was no hot water during our stay for showers. The mini fridge didn't work, and the orange juice dispenser was leaking in the breakfast room. However, the staff was so helpful and kind it is hard to be upset about it. In the future letting guests know that there is construction happening during their stay would be helpful. Thanks to the staff for a true southern hospitality experience!”
