“Room was not clean. The gym was dirty and basically unusable.”

“Very dirty, fire alarm chirped every 30 seconds. Saw multiple roaches. Sheets were dirty and stained. Had a smudge on the wall that I could only assume was fecal matter. The only attendant I encountered was over video at a kiosk. While she was mostly pleasant, between the video audio quality and her accent it was very hard to understand her to get checked in. Then before giving me my room key I was pressured heavily to give a google review for her. I had to firmly tell her no multiple times……

“The person at the desk was rude to me when I approached her about my key not working. I told her the issue and she snapped back at me, “relax!” Then another male employee came to the desk and asked to see the key. When he looked at it, he threw it across the lobby, telling the desk clerk not to use that key. I found this entire episode very strange. I avoided speaking to the desk clerk during the remainder of our stay.”
