“Breakfast was great. Food was very good. House keeping sucked! For the reputation and cost to stay at this property you should not have to ask to have your room cleaned. Sat 4/18 no house keeping asked and sent emails to management to clean room and all we got was clean towels and the bed made. 4/19 room was cleaned after I went to front desk and complained about the lack of house keeping. They did refund my parking fee to make it right but we will not stay there again”

“Hotel and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Each room is decorated with its own unique and colorful style, and there are several options to choose from - suite, cottage, or entire Victorian mansion. Complimentary snacks, mini bar, and filtered water (bottles are able to be refilled in the ice house) were a nice touch. Location is great - walkable to downtown but also quiet and relaxing with a pool and hot tub. No staff on site, but they are able to be reached for any questions or……
