“Our stay was disappointing overall. Although this is a non-smoking hotel, the room had a strong smoke smell that was difficult to tolerate. The odor was so pervasive that even the clothes in our suitcases smelled like smoke after our stay.
The TV remote was also broken, and the room felt humid despite the air conditioning running, which made it less comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their kindness. However, for the price we paid, we expected a cleaner,……

“The room was not very clean, stuff splattered on bathroom walls, heavy layer of dust in sleeping area. Freezer frosted over so bad the door wouldn’t shut, bathtub drain couldn’t keep up with shower, corner of the window screen was pulled open and shredded. There was a beetle in the bathroom and one in the breakfast area.”
