When we first arrived, we were given a very small room. Not great for someone who fears small spaces. They did offer a little bigger room at $40 more per day. Quiet area.

"Small rooms but GREAT location."
The room was VERY small but clean and close to every thing. I am a walker so I walked to Empire State Bldg, Time Square, Grand Central. If you don't want to walk just hop on the subway. Several stations in close proximity. They offer breakfast which was decent. I did not like the fact that you couldn't make your own waffle. You had to wait for one guy that was not only the person running breakfast but the bell captain and sometimes front desk. But if you don't want their FREE breakfast you have plenty of choices. Several places to eat; Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Bread and Butter, Chipolte, McDonalds. Also several nicer restaurants located in the area. For the price I would return and/or recommend. I'd give it a 3.7.
