“Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and accomodating.”

“Dirty disgusting room. No heat available for water or hvac system so froze all night. 1/10 with the 1 being generous.”

“I didn’t like how I had to request dishes. It was also hard to use their luggage cart as they only had one and it was being used and rarely brought back. I also hated that I had to provide the staff with my dirty towels/washclothes and bed linen to get clean items. ”

“Worst stay ever. Room was filthy, towels were dirty and stained. Shower had hair all over the toilet and tub. Room smelled very foul. Staff was extremely rude. This hotel does not provide breakfast even though it says it does online. There is even a sign in the lobby that says breakfast from 7am-10am. When asking and literally pointing to the sign I was answered with an attitude stating “why would we provide breakfast?” You shouldn’t advertise breakfast if it’s not included. Worst of all there……
