“The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price.”

“This was an inexpensive stay and it was pretty much what we paid for. Sometimes saving money, comes with other costs.”

“I'm a platinum Expedia member. Nothing I love more when I go to check-in and and I am told/ shamed when they tell me tell me how much money I wasted by being with Expedia versus going direct to them. Room was fine, could've been cleaner but – hey it's a motel six and I got there at 10:30 PM and left at four am. My ultimate measurement is would I go back there again. No. ”
