But my biggest complaint is the management. They failed to give back full deposit because they said makeup stained towels! That is ridiculous, since it washes out. Also I had to checkout very early in morning said to leave keys in apartment I left them and they said they had to break the door to get in! The first was when I checked in, when they demanded a 2000 EGP deposit on the spot, even though this was not mentioned in the Expedia booking. The second issue is that the door was not aligned with the door frame, so there were gaps for bugs to fly into the room. The iron provided was broken and was leaking water. The Expedia booking mentioned a laundry. However, one wasn't available in the apartment.
