“NO ice, machine not working. LOUD party outside in back of motel. Cigarette butts all over the parking lot . Haven't figured out the type bug in our room. Unsure why check in person throught they needed to take a picture of my driver's license with there personal phone.”

“One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The place was extremely dirty. There were hairs in the bed, and it did not seem like the sheets had been changed between guests. The coffee pot also appeared to be unwashed and looked like it had been used to cook something other than coffee. The bathroom was in very poor condition. Overall, the cleanliness was unacceptable and needs serious attention to meet basic hygiene standards.”
