“Room was clean and nice”

“My room 110 was in front of the gym and it was noisy. It was noise coming from the outside of the window too. Also, the air conditioner was extremely loud and disrupted my sleep when it came on. Lastly, I asked for a cup of coffee at 9:02 a.m., and was told by a staff member that she couldn’t brew anymore coffee. Coffee is typically standard in the morning at a hotel.”

“First of all the toxic cleaning product smell from the second you walk thru the doors hits you like a wave. It was so intense you could taste it and the smell was something akin to cat litter and chemicals. All of our clothes reek of this, and it made me physically ill. The shower curtain had mold all over it and what looked like a blood spot. Luckily we had someone smoking weed nearby so it was coming thru the vents in the bathroom giving us a brief break from the other smell. The bathroom fan……

“Room didnt have a remote for our tv. Night auditor tried their best but couldnt get one that worked. Everything was good besides that”

“Don’t desk person was great. Surprised no coffee machine in room, but understand to save plastic, coffee in lobby, and have option of requesting machine Which is ok.”

“Wonderful help at the front desk both interactions with both ladies. Room nice comfortable and clean. Overall I enjoyed my stay.”

“I was only there 2 nights. I didn't know it was an extended stay hotel till I got there and read it on the building. That made me a bit apprehensive. But it is a new hotel. Very clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable.”
