“6 night stay, only complaint was I had to go ask for additional towels/washclothes, Kleenex. No room service at all, I set our dirty towels & the garbage bags out side the door twice & had to ask for new garbage bags. Brkfst could be improved on, only tried to eat it one morning & decided No Thanks!”

“We only stayed one night while we were in town for the Cheyenne Frontier Days. The motel was the perfect location to go to the park and ride to the event. Room was clean and bed comfortable. The shower took a long time to get hot water and the soap was really little. We were on the second floor and could hear noise from the floor above us. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and nice selection of food. ”

“The hotel itself was well kept, and our room was clean. The continental breakfast was minimal, with limited options. If accessibility is a concern, be aware that the layout is similar to a split-level home, requiring guests to go up and down stairs to reach their rooms. There are train tracks nearby, and we did notice some activity in the area at night that made us slightly concerned about our vehicle’s safety. While the exterior is lit, it’s not especially bright. We arrived late and left……

“We were greeted with a smile at the front desk after a long day of traveling. The hotel is very clean and updated, the room was spotless, with a renovated bathroom . The bed was very comfortable . As Cheyenne was celebrating Frontier Days, we were invited to the happy hour in the lobby, and given a lovely welcome gift, a nice surprise . All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.”
