“The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfy and we got a good night’s sleep. ”

“Rooms where fairly dirty, but what was the very worst was when the mattress was lifted up, there was no plastic waterproof bed liner that most hotels put on mattress to protect from bed bugs, pee and other stains. Long story short under the mattress was a bunch of dog hair dirt food and also dead bed bugs. I didn't stick around long enough to see if there was any actual live ones. Your customer service at the front desk of an older lady and gentleman were fantastic.”

“The best part of this property is the staff. However, we won't ever stay here again unless it's mid-week because of the proximity to the outlet mall as well as the Flea Market. The hotel was packed. The pool is tiny just in case you might want to use it. We didn't. Also, the pool is right by the elevator and the floor stayed wet. There were lots of loud preteens running around. We are seniors and will choose a bit pricier property next time and maybe it will be quieter. The floor tiles……

“Staff pleasant, sufficient amenities like functional microwave, fridge, in room coffee maker. continental "plus" breakfast (sausage patties and eggs precooked somewhere between poached and fried available so at least there's a hot component), decent coffee, good enough blackout curtain to guard your sleep. The area looked nice and there's a Dutch Bros coffee across the street which for us is a plus.”

“The location is a good midpoint between Dayton and Cincinnati which is what we were looking for this trip. The property inside and out was clean and well maintained. The lobby and seating are are nice and open with plenty of seating options, games and space for breakfast. The room was clean and a good size with a comfortable bed.”
