“Amazing”

“We stayed here for my son’s baseball tournament and had a pretty mixed experience. Parking was a plus, plenty of space and easy access. Location was also great, about five minutes from anywhere in Ellensburg, which made getting around really convenient. Check-in didn’t start great. There were signs on the counter saying the pool was closed for the season and the fitness room was under remodel. The pool was a big reason we booked through Expedia, especially with four kids under 11, so that was……

“There is no elevator , no water dispenser to fill water . Asked for a walk up call , didn’t get it . No hand towels . One face cloth for a two queen bedroom. ”

“ two stars because the staff at the desk understood we were both disabled and advised us to park in a nearby proximity with our very large vehicle. The room smelled completely of urine. This was the third location that I had tried that evening, and it was not worth it...that being said; along bottom of tub where the caulk should be,was full of brown goop. looked as though it could’ve been feces. bathroom floor was bubbled so immensely and requires repair if considered accessible. 100% disagree……

“The room was absolutely disgusting. I think there was more mold than paint. The toilet seat was dirty and had hair on it. The walls had holes all over and the smell was foul. I stepped in walked through and walked right back out.”

“Small room but was everything we needed for our overnight in Yakima. Bed was really comfortable and the view of the river from the room was great. Walls are very thin, but we weren't disturbed by any noise at night. Diane working reception was very helpful and kind when we were looking to do an early check in. The free breakfast was on the higher end of the standard hotel breakfast you get (we were there on the weekend so we got to enjoy biscuits and gravy), with some good variety. Location was……
