“Excellent stay at Domus hotel. Many thanks to the front desk people who helped over the issue of my late arrival. The property is well kept and the room was exceptionally clean and well eqipped with all I needed for my stay. It is centrally located - the major sights of the city and the shopping and dining areas are at a stone throw. Will deffo stay there again once I am back.”

“Mon séjour s’est très bien passé. Les indications pour accéder aux clés étaient claires et bien expliquées dans le document. L’appartement est vraiment parfait : propre, bien équipé et avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. La chambre est impeccable et l’emplacement est pratique, à proximité d’une petite épicerie. La seule chose un peu compliquée a été l’échange concernant le paiement des frais de nettoyage, mais sinon tout était excellent.”

“Not a great experience. The management company waited to send the log in instructions until the check in day and, as luck would have it, I had bad phone service that day. They didn't want to give me the entrance instructions until I paid the hefty cleaning fee --which I couldn't do because I had terrible phone service. Finally, they called me and gave me the keys to enter the unit, however, this was complicated by the fact that they kept telling me to look in the mailbox (where the keys were……

Le scale d’ingresso erano sporche, piene di polvere e di sporcizia di lavorazioni; 2. ⁠nell’appartamento quando siamo arrivati non c’era la carta igienica e neanche una bottiglia d’acqua da bere; 3. ⁠nel bagno c’era un cesto con degli asciugamani sporchi; 4. ⁠e sopratutto, nella camera da letto hanno lasciato la finestra aperta, che non si chiudeva perché rotta. Pertanto abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta.”
