“The checking process was not friendly amd poor response to questions and emails”

“Check in was easy and the staff informed us about where to park and area restaurants. Our room was very clean and we were happy to have a quiet room with no outside noise . We enjoyed having the breakfast on site.”

“The staff were extremely nice but that's where it ends. With a 3 night stay, not once was our room cleaned or beds made. They changed out the towels and nothing else. Counters were not even wiped down. Website never said the pool was being redone and you could not use it. Beds were very uncomfortable and you roll to the center.”

“Bed was not on par with chain standards, AC in main areas wasn’t working nor were computers or printers in the business center. Staff couldn’t print a receipt for stay from their computer either.”

“Room walls, sheets, and bathroom were dirty. Knobs on the AC/heating were broken. Pool is slowly falling apart. Even more disturbing is the number of people that appear to be living there sitting outside their rooms in lawn chairs smoking marijauna and playing a guitar while singing loudly at 9:00 pm. Not recommended!!”

“Those house keeping staff was second to none. Friendly, eager to help, Winter , I may have that name wrong. The little blonde who was pregnant . She was an expert of where to go and what to do. If I was a wealthy man I’d have bought her a truck. Rose and I adore the house keeping staff at Red Roof Inn Crossville”
