“Hair in shower, no towels, no breakfast, air conditioner making loud sound, just all around sucked”

“The room had dead bugs on the floor. My door didn’t close or locked all the way I felt very uncomfortable regarding my safety”

“I understand that things break down, but the swimming pool was not open, but there was no discount on the rate when we got to our room the shower was not cleaned thoroughly. There was a soap bar in there that had not been taken out from the previous people that was in the room and we had no Kleenex. Those are small things but small things add up to big things anyway a little more detail to clean the rooms would be nice.”

“Rooms were nice and clean, staff was friendly. Pool was a little small, but it worked just fine! Definitely would stay again.”
