“From arrival the host was amazing and while we requested a ground level room they had no idea our daughter uses a wheelchair and yet made it so easy for us to park our car. The motel is near the city but still so quiet and our NY's experience was amazing esp the fireworks display which was literally down the road. Clean facilities, great amenities and awesome for families even though there were only 3 of us. Thank you so the host and team who looked after us and made it a memorable stay ❤️ ”

However the drive way was so steep that our standard Corolla grounded so hard we had to park at the McDonald’s next door a higher SUV tho would be ok can I suggest that if possible the top of the drive be flattened a bit. The house was very good value and the instructions spot on so aside from the drive a very good value for money stay Thanks”

“The room was awful! Had over 500 ants, dirty, wet with rain water coming in to the room. We complained to you and the owner. He agreed to move us but charged us more than twice the rate for the room. It was very unhealthy to stay there. I would like to make an official complaint with you all as it was a shed changed to a room and just not a bedroom. No tables, closet or anything. Absolutely awful!! Disappointed that you could not do anything to help us and we were forced to stay there for one……

![New Zealand is all about adventure — so for one of my first adrenaline-pumping activities, I did white water rafting on the world’s HIGHEST commercially rafted waterfall with Kaitiaki Adventures! 

I was incredibly nervous at first because the rapids were strong, but in the end it became extremely fun! We basically went through Kaituna River, over 14 rapids and 3 waterfalls which includes the 7meter Tutea Falls (thee said highest commercially rafted waterfall in the whole world!)
