"Karol was so warm and accommodating! Before I hit to her lovely place, I asked if they had some non-common cooking utensil and no big deal if they didn't. She actually didn't, but went out of her way to purchase a new one and had it for us. Karol was superbly hospitable in so many ways and was kind and thoughtful.
