“I’m really disappointed with my experience. I booked a stay but unfortunately wasn’t able to come because my daughter came down with the flu. I did the responsible thing by not showing up and potentially exposing staff and other guests to illness. Expedia even reached out to the hotel on my behalf to explain the situation, but despite that, the hotel refused to issue any kind of refund. On top of that, I kept getting the runaround—every time I called, I was told the manager wasn’t available. It……

“The hotel is directly off the highway but still very quiet. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and had a few changes each day. Great for a weekend winter stay.”
