“We had an amazing stay here. The room was clean, quiet (despite being a central location) and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Would definitely stay here if I come to Alicante again. The hotel also has an initiative where if you waive your room being cleaned, they will provide you with a complementary breakfast - we did this and the breakfast was lovely, tasty and fresh! “Personeel was vriendelijk, de kamer was proper, ruim balkon. Niet helemaal overtuigd van het hotel doordat er wel veel lawaai is in de kamer van leidingen (als iemand in een andere kamer een douche neemt of naar het toilet gaat) en normaal geluid vanop de gang komt ook luid door. De airco werkte niet, waardoor het op onze kamer de laatste avond 27 graden was (in februari). Verder wel een goede ligging om de stad te verkennen. ”

“Lovely stay. Well done to the cleaner, she kept my room so lovely. They also kindly gave me a kettle and small fridge on request, which meant I felt very settled for my five night stay. There are many restaurants and shops super close (but there is a very small grocer) and you can Uber eats. They have a tiny gym which is a nice touch, just a treadmill and a couple of bikes, and weights. Overall I had a lovely time and would come back again”

“My stay at Luces de Catedral was satisfactory. The location is perfect, walkable to all the attractions of town and great viarity of good resturant/bars/cafes, and it is very accesible for uber as well. We payed an extra fee for breakfast and thought it was very worth it. “旅行了很多国家，第一次碰到如此恶劣的酒店。入住时，由于我们事前没有填写带小朋友的信息，拒绝我们入住，我们表示愿意支付加床房费、或更换成其他房型都可以，前台态度特别恶劣，还指责我们是我们的错，跟酒店无关，后来我们一直据理力争，至少我们可以入住两人，然后再去其他酒店另外订个房间，前台这才停止无理取闹，然后改口说有个客人刚刚退了个三人间，可以帮我们调，但需要增加27欧，我们也不想再折腾，也就同意了，但整个心情完全被破坏了。更奇葩的是，我们希望借个开酒器开酒，居然要7欧元，我们反复解释是借不是买，前台说只要是开自己的酒就是这个价，去酒店酒吧买酒就OK了。我们最后去了酒店对门的超市，一个开瓶器也就3.5欧，一瓶酒也是4-5欧，这个酒店只认钱，没有一点服务精神。太奇葩了。走了十多个国家了，这是唯一的一个，没有之一。”
