“Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). “Very quiet neighborhood and comfortable room. However not very convenient if you want to buy some grocery stuff coz stores are out of walking distance. ”

“There was nothing said about valet only parking,the valet left my car out so long before parking it that I got a parking ticket. My daughter’s room had blood stains on the fold out bed. My favorite is that within 3 hrs of us being there our room was broken into while we were sightseeing and it turns out it wasn’t just ours but several other rooms. The breakfast was horrible and we ate elsewhere after the first day. I’m not bashing the whole chain because I did stay in one in Seattle just a month……

“Very nice King suite, comfortable bed, roomy. Ten minute walk to Busch stadium. Went to two night games and walked there and back no problem. Staff was friendly and professional”

“The hotel and our room was very clean. Housekeeping was very nice. I would suggest asking for a room a distance from an exterior door to the parking lot as the door was quite loud when it shut. Also, our room had only one large towel for two people. Typically, even for one person, there are at least two towels.”

“The room itself was good. Clean and decent sized. The issue was outside of the room: the back door to the building closest to our room didn’t lock so anyone can just walk in the building, the ice machine on 2 of the 3 floors didn’t work, there were no luggage carts available, there were people not staying at the property using the pool with their 5 kids, there were full sized trash bags full of trash sitting outside of several different rooms on all three floors we saw while looking for luggage……
