It is a good hotel for the price. Check in was quick and easy. I was pleased with the size of the room. Decent size bed, a small dining table and a refrigerator. TV was quite small. I was impressed with how fast they could call a taxi for me every time I needed one. Wasn't too hard to find. On some nights it was a bit loud because of the restaurant next door playing loud music. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Excellent experience at my 1st stay here. Surprisingly given a free upgrade to the suite, which was huge. Staff were all competent in English and were very friendly. Location is away from the main Bangkok area though, which may not be suitable for everybody. Nearest train station is about 10 mins walk away, though they do provide a shuttle service at 50THB. No nearby shopping malls within walking distance, any train journey to main parts of Bangkok is about 20 to 30 mins away. Airport is about 30 mins away.

Hotel lobby is located at Level 2, staff is friendly and helpful in getting our check-in completed. Since there are 3 of us, we had booked for a suite with 2 bedroooms. First impression with the room.. We were extremely happy as it looks like a mini apartment, cosy and spacious. Besides the two bathrooms, there is a dinning area and the hotel also provides microwave, plates and bowls. You can also loan the ironing board from the front desk if you want to do any ironing. Hotel does provide toiletries but there is no toothbrush or toothpaste.
In total we stayed for 3 nights. During the entire stay, strands of hair can be found in bathroom after housekeeping is done. I took one additional pillow from the cupboard but there is some stains on the pillow. Housekeeping standard is not consistent. On the 3rd night, we realised that the housekeeping done was pretty minimal. There is no replenishment for the toiletries - shampoo and shower wash. The plates were washed but not thoroughly clean cos we can spot food stains at the side of the plates.
Overall, the hotel experience is fine but it depends on individual's expectation for cleanliness.

After reading all the reviews we were quite apprehensive about our stay at this hotel. We arrived in Bangkok and had ordered a taxi to pick us up and take us to the hotel (always do this as the lines are crazy when waiting for taxis and there were 5 of us so it would have taken a while too). It took about 25-30 minutes from the airport to the hotel. When we got there we checked in and told where to find our rooms - we also got a complimentary upgrade; whoop! We went up and the apartments were lovely. It was very big and had 2 balconies, kitchen with a fridge full of bottled water and a lot of towels. We had 3 bedrooms between the 5 of us and our 2nd balcony overlooked the pool.
Breakfast consisted of eggs, toast and sausages, noodles or cereal - which was more variety than people stated in previous reviews so we were thankful for that. The spa was not in action for the duration of our stay and we never saw it so I assume it was still being refurbished. The TV/Games/Gym room was a nice place to relax in but we couldn't get the TV to work.. It was nice to sit in though and watch the rain or read a book.
We were pleased with this hotel as it offered good value for money, a lot of space and the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay asking us if we needed taxis booking and giving us advice on things to do and where to go.
