“Also zunächst einmal, ich liebe Hotels der Valamar Gruppe. Die sind alle super! Essen ist gut, das Servicepersonal im Speisesaal ist super nett. . . Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Wer hier also einen schönen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden machen möchte ist BESTENS bedient!!! Bei diesem Hotel gibt es zwei Sachen die mich wirklich gestört haben. 1. in unserem Hotel (dem Veli Mel) gab es kein WiFi. Ich hab das ein paar Mal urgiert und hab dann so Anworten bekommen. . . es gibt kein Problem……

“Such a wonderful stay. The staff were really friendly, they looked after us by cleaning the pool when we asked and also brought us a bottle of Vodka for me friends birthday. The location was amazing and the cabin itself was superb. The only small gripe was that only 1 room had AC. The other room was very hot.”

“The place is good, near the supermarket, near the centre of Novalja. The only thing that was missing is the freezer in the apartement. We couldn’t make some ice for our homemade cocktails. Every day we had to buy the ice in the supermarket. ”

“The location was good. But had to collect keys from different places which is not ideal. Again had to give deposits which is also not a good idea as stay was only costing xx Euro and deposit was 5 xx Euros. Basic Amenities like shampoo, Oil (Kitchen) and iron was missing . AC was only in sitting room where you need it in rooms. ”
