“Friendly reception and service. Room was non-smoking but one could notice it had been smoking before, every time at entering the room. Comfortable bed. It's clear the bathroom had been renovated, but why wasn't at least one hook installed to hang towel and/or clothes? Very frustrating, moreover as the (gliding) door wasn't of any help here either.”

No me gusto servicio del restaurante, el desayuno muy bueno, caliente, pero la misma cosa todos los dias, yo entiendo que es un típico desayuno inglés, pero debio haber mas variedad. “Me he alojado en otras ocasiones y estoy muy contento con el servicio de este Hotel, he solicitado el reembolso de la reserva ya que no he podido viajar debido a la crisis del Coronavirus, devolviendo el importe total y sin poner ningún problema, respondiendo a mi solicitud de forma inmediata desde la recepción del Hotel. No estoy muy conforme con las reservas que hice en otros Hoteles y que Hoteles.com no ha hecho nada para que me las reembolsaran debido a que no he podido viajar a Tailandia...

“Room spacious and clean. Bed was huge and so comfortable. Food was nice. Breakfast was nice the only slightly negative thing was glasses and plates were not replenished we had to ask for that to be done despite 2 staff being in the area. Otherwise cannot fault the hotel . staff were welcoming at reception ”
