“Bed wasnt level it , it dropped to one side so when you lay down you could tell, it was also very creaky so every time you moved it would make a loud sound, the toilet/bathroom door wouldnt close from the outside which ment the cold draft and light would come into the room at night and with the door next to the bed it wasnt ideal, there was also a damp patch on the wall this was noticed by the huge bubble in the paint work ”

“We got a spot outside the hotel which was free. But i guess these are limited just the luck of the draw. The man on reception was very friendly .the bed was so comfy we had a sea view room which had been refurbished. Spotlessly clean in our room. Complementry choc bars and water in the room. The rest of the hotel is undergoing a makeover smelt a little of paint but not in the room. All in all i would stay again without hesitation. Ty santa marie for a pleasant stay. ”

Only one small complaint was with the room we could not open the window it was stuck shut we asked at reception if something could be done to open the window nothing was done just for the record it was room 225 date of stay 16th till 20th march weather was good would have been nice to open the window as the room was stuffy”
