“When I checked in, the hotel staff didn't ask where I booking my room. They just took my ID card to check and told me that they didn't have my room. I told them that I had booked it on Expedia. and try to give them my order number, but they didn’t take look, just told me wait ，and she will try one more time, she said 4-5 times to me in this 15-20mins she didn't find my room, … after that the room I found there was no toothbrush and slippers. but the first floor there are has sold……

“Amazing experience at this place! Me and my boyfriend spend a wonderful night here. The room was warm and clean, and staff working here was friendly and helpful. They also have a cool bar located next door! Definitely recommended and will stay again next time :) ”

“Everything was spotless at Home2suites in Redlands. Breakfast was great. Staff was very accommodating. Room was clean and a nice smell. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of surrounding eateries. Would definitely visit again.”

There's a nice little restaurant in the lobby. There's no complimentary breakfast and no room service. The staff is very nice. There's a place for some fun right next door. There are also plenty of restaurants and places to shop close by.”
