“The room was ok, but the bathroom wasn’t clean, towels were dirty, and the staff did not do anything about it. Calling the front desk and never picked up except once, where they heard my wife ask for clean towels and immediately hung up. Did not deliver the towels. Pool was also unclean. Found a used bandaid on the floor right next to the water. Never saw any staff checking the cleanliness. No room service. The beach isn’t great. Overall, not a great experience unless you are barely at the hotel……

“Nos gustó mucho. El ambiente estaba muy bueno aún estando con niños pequeños. Personal muy atento, habitaciones excelente al igual que el aire acondicionado. La piscina pues pudiesen darle más mantenimiento. De todo lo demás, excelente‼️”
