“Bathroom was not clean. There was soap film on the faucet and soap dish. Shower floor did not appear clean. Fixtures were falling off the wall and built in areas were damaged.”

“Was not given the room we reserved. Booked a room for 6 and got assigned a standard room that only slept 4. Property was “over booked”. Two of us had to sleep on the floor. No reduction in price was offered either. Still had to pay for the pricier room. I’ve tried reaching out with no luck.”

“overall the stay was amazing!!! Miss Ruby the day front desk person was so so so sweet and helpful. She did me and my group such a huge favor. Shoutout to her she made the whole experience 10x better. Room exceptionally clean and so cute. I love that it wasn’t your typical white everything cookie cutter look is was very niche and I appreciated it. It was located next to everything making errands and exploring a quick walk anywhere. The only thing that I will say is that they’re included……
