"Country House Hotel"
This hotel has a very nice feel to it. It is easy to find as it is not far from the motorway but still far enough away to be quiet. I had a room in a building just a short walk from the main house. The room was small but very nicely decorated. It has traditional grand house style of furniture which was great and results in you having a very memorable experience. The breakfast is in the main house and was fine but I feel is the one area which could be improved. There is no cooked breakfast option although you can boil your own egg. I would definitely stay again.

"Well appointed self catering apartment"
The apartment was very spacious with a useful amount of furniture and what looked like a well equipped kitchen. I was only there overnight with some work to do before leaving the following day and it was perfect for that (except I did have to get out pronto at 10). I arrived in the dark and the house was quite difficult to find despite helpful email from James. I hadn't thought to bring milk so couldn't have a cup of tea in the morning. The main problem was noise from the adjacent apartment. I suspect I was just unlucky with the neighbour and usually it would probably be fine.

"Good location with friendly staff"
I stayed here for a week while in town visiting friends. Easy access to both the city center and Grafton. Room was tidied daily and the staff was extremely friendly. Cable TV in the room and plenty of outlets for all my charging needs. The room is a little on the rundown side, but I found it to be charming and comfortable none-the-less. The house was fully booked and I couldn't hear any of the other tenants, definitely a plus. There was daily breakfast available, but I didn't partake. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

"Lovely Accomadation "
We stayed in the studio immaculate, fabulous spacious shower room. Breakfast was DIY - a basket was left with croissants bread fruit crumpets eggs. Milk in the fridge and tea and coffee available. I thought the position on the junction at the corner would mean a lot of traffic noise but no. We would definitely stay there again.

Pocket Guide: Cambridgeshire Cambridge 3 stars Hotels

Floating in the misty fens, this beautiful university city attracts hordes of visitors to its gothic spires, shady cloisters and wide open parks. In the summer, sun seekers punt along the Cam or picnic under the willows that line its banks. Strawberry Fair free music festival takes place early in June and the city's famous folk festival is in July. The view from Castle Hill is worth the climb.
