“Not pet friendly at the restaurant by the same name. We ordered take out elsewhere and had dinner in the breakfast lobby, with our dog since the dog could not be left in the room unattended, which we would not do anyway. Breakfast was ok, disappointed that oatmeal was instant.”

“It was pretty basic. Ceiling tiles had so rain damage that needed replacing but the room was very clean. The bed was actually the best for my back. Been traveling for a few days now and this bed has been the best.”

“A wonderful hotel, everything was perfect! We loved the balcony area attached to our hotel room, and thought it was very unique considering how you don't typically see that a lot in this area. The pool room was wonderful; great temperature and very spacious. They have a gorgeous courtyard in the middle of the hotel with a fireplace too! Staff was very accommodating and always willing to help; a young man even helped assist us with extra pillows and access to the pool room. The only sort of off……

“ Continental breakfast, that was included, was really offensive. There even were no options of milk, just half & half The administration of hotel should take a close look at this important part of the service!”

“Staff was very friendly and the room was very nice. Comfortable bed. We didn’t get to eat at the restaurant but was extremely busy and smelled wonderful. We definitely plan to stay again next time we visit and eat at the inn ”

“Beautiful hotel, i block from the beach, spacious room with a kitchenette and fireplace. Check in was a breeze, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We'll definitely be back to this lovely, friendly place on Oneida lake”
