We brought our three kids down to go to the museum and all the other sites. We have a 16-year-old a 2 1/2 and a one and a half and the accommodations were perfect for them. They even gave us a pack and play so my little smoke and sleep in free of charge
This hotel does a great job of making you feel at home. Staff took us to and from O'Hare, so we could take the train into Chicago. Day or night, they were happy to do it. My parents, kids and I had a very nice stay at this property.
The hotel is in a great location. The room was small but perfect for a couple. The hotel staff was great including the valet.
No complaints. All great in every category. Reasonably priced too. Just outside the gates of Chinatown. The area is a bit depressed though is my only negative observation.
