Room has an environmental unit, iron w/ board, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and blow dryer; all work. Ice machine by office and continental breakfast with many off-site locations to eat. Room was clean and had more than needed lighting; many options depending on the mood desired. This will be my first stop when I visit Chico……

“I travel a lot, and only use vacation rentals vs. hotels anymore. This is the first vac rental that clearly was well thought out that I have stayed at! I literally felt like I was at home! The rental was immaculately clean, well stocked, and I appreciated that there were extra blankets in the closet. It was raining and chilly in Chico on my visit. The bedroom was very spacious.
