“I rented 2 rooms for a night. Both bathrooms were dirty - toilet seats with bits of feces and dried urine on them. Arrived in the middle of the night, so had to stick with the reservation. But I would never stay in this hotel again. On the bright side, the young man at the front desk was very helpful, courteous, and helpful. I left him a generous tip for a job well-done, and left the cleaners no tip as they are the reason for my low rating.”

“The room and hotel staff were great. We shuttled to and from the airport with no wait. The drivers were courteous and helpful putting our luggage in and out of the vehicle. The restaurant staff, however, needs improvement. Breakfast service was slow but polite. The food was good. We came down for dinner and there were two waitresses. One was taking orders out and waiting on tables while the other one was behind the counter and did not move. She kept telling us she would be with us shortly but……

“The parking was nice, the staff acceptable they let us check in early, the air conditioner worked. There was mold on the shower curtain and fan in bath room, and stains in the carpet but no sign of mice roaches or bed bugs in the room. We only were there to sleep and it did what it was supposed to. The location was okay, near stores including a Trader Joe’s. Over all 3 out of 5 I’ve stayed better. If you just need a place to rest your head, and want a okay location this is the place.”

“The room price was exorbitant for the view from our window: A multistory carpark (described by front desk staff as a "city view"). The room was not cleaned during the day. We had to request fresh towels and more lavatory paper. These were eventually delivered in the evening. The hotel advertises its restaurant. But the evening of our arrival you had to wait two hours for a table. Front desk staff were disengaged and uninterested in guest requests.”
