"Wonderful hotel right in downtown. "
This hotel is right in the heart of Dingle. A great location. We went in the offseason so a lot of the restaurants and stores were closed but we couldn't have asked for more in the hotel.

"Excellent value for money"
Receptionist might be a bit less engrossed in her training of new recruit when guests arrive and more conscious of smiling and saying hello instead of leaving us standing there in front of her waiting to finish her conversation..

"Felt like home"
John was very welcoming. Check in was quick and easy. He offered us a cup of tea as soon as we arrived. We sat in front of the fire and relaxed before getting our bags. 2 great pubs just across the road were warm and welcoming too. We felt at home watching tv In the lounge room. Breakfast was delicious and cooked the way we liked it. Would definitely stay here again. Very good value.

"Great B&B on the Dingle Peninsula"
We absolutely loved the B&B! Brian was very friendly, provided us with recommendations on b&b in other cities we were visiting. The room was spacious, clean, sunny, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with different options of food. Quiet town but great location on the Dingle Peninsula.

Myself and my friend stayed at Ard na Mara for two nights and found the B&B very comfortable. Our room was spotlessly clean with a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast in the morning was the highlight - delish! Ann and Derry were wonderful hosts and made us feel really welcome in their home. The B&B is suitably located close to Ventry beach, Paidí's pub, Slea Head drive and Dingle town. Rent bikes like we did from Paddy's bike hire Dingle (E15 p/day), and take it all in that way. For shopping in Dingle, La Boheme is really nice. For pubs, Dick Macs, Foxy John's and Currans are well worth a visit. Louis Mulcahy Pottery and café (Ballyferriter) is also worth a visit. I was so pleased with my stay that I have booked a return visit to Ard na Mara already!

"Older Hotel walking distance from town"
The receptionist at this hotel was ultra-friendly & very helpful with information about the town & area. The Hotel itself is a bit dated (& claims to be a nightclub.....) & could do with some renovating however it was comfortable & close to the town of Dingle which is a delightful place.

Pocket Guide: Ireland Dingle Peninsula 3 stars Hotels

National Geographic once dubbed the remote Dingle Peninsula in southwest Ireland as the most beautiful place on earth. Archaeological sites give insight into the area’s 6,000-year history, and Mount Brandon beckons to walkers. Ballyferriter Village pubs and markets brim with traditional Gaelic language, while ferry-goers can glimpse whales and dolphins on the way to mysterious Blasket Island.
