Hotel needs a little updating. When arriving, initially given room with 1 small looking queen bed when we had registered for king. Was told that you don't always get what expedia books but were given room with a king anyway. The main woman working the front desk was extremely friendly. She is also the one who makes breakfast. The price seemed a little high but apparently Santa Fe is an expensive place to stay and Indian Market was happening in 2 days.

"Elegant, walking distance to everything"
Stayed here for the last night of our vacation. Wanted to stay somewhere nice before heading home. It was a great place to stay. The room was nicely furnished and very clean. Very spacious with balcony. Also, since parking can be an issue in downtown Santa Fe, free parking on the hotel premise and the fact that we were able to walk everywhere was a huge plus.

"We stayed for Indian Market"
We loved the room sizes especially the kitchen area, living room and bedrooms. It was very quiet and homey. I would definitely stay here again. It wasn't close to the plaza but parking was available. The walk was about 12 to 15 min. to the plaza but the hill was a challenge especially with a stroller. We would recommend this place to our friends and family.

"interesting architecture"
the hotel has interesting architecture. it was a good experience. the breakfast was good and people were nice. Amy even helped making a plan to see places around. Since no body is there in the night and the lights were not bright, it was difficult to find the rooms and pathways. Some sign boards are not that intuitive. i am sure Amy and Herb probably did not realize that.

"Worth every penny."
This was my first trip to a Bed and Breakfast and it definitely won't be my last. I would highly recommend Casa de Cuma to anyone who will be visiting the area. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival, offered snacks, a map of Old Town Santa Fe, and given directions on how to get the plaza. We stayed in the Cowgirl room. The room was very clean and cozy. The rooms have free wifi and Cable TV with a variety of pay channels. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had plenty of clean towels every day and was very clean. Our room also had a small patio with chairs which we enjoyed in the evenings. My favorite part was the breakfast served out on the patio with the other guests. The first day was a variety of breakfast Quesadillas, platters of fresh fruit, pitchers of juice, and coffee. The second day was a delicious stuffed French Toast, platters of fresh fruit, juices, and coffee (Shaan never let go our cups go empty). There was always more food than any of the guests could possibly finish. After breakfast, Shaan would breakdown the activities in and around Santa Fe for that day. The location was out of the main bustle of the Plaza but still close enough to walk to. It was a very easy and safe 5 to 10 minute walk to Old Town, depending on where in Old Town you are headed. We also received passes which allowed us to get into many of the museums for free (Except the O'Keefe Museum). Colleen and Shaan were fantastic, they made us feel very welcome.
