The hotel looks like it was recently refurbished. Looked good and clean. Sky tv in the rooms, staff are friendly, restaraunt next door serves good food, location was great and they provide you with a free to use smartphone in every room
From the receptionist to the bar and breakfast staff, everyone was so very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. The hotel is perfectly placed, next to Waverly station and right in the edge of the Royal Mile.
The room is somewhat small for the price that they charge. The toiletry consists of only 3-in-one soap and nothing else. No drawers to put your clothes in either. Should provide a mini-fridge at least. Also some hand towels.
Hotel is near waverley station but room is not ok for the price Small room and the furnitures are tired . Bed linens is worn out compared to similary priced hotel around the area.
This hotel is in a great location. Right outside is bus and train terminal. I got a Deluxe room which had a great view of the Scot Monument. The bed was quite firm.
