“Everything was going well until I had an issue at the restaurant. After I paid for my meal, the staff returned without my full change and said they didn’t have any. This kind of situation is far too common and often feels like a deliberate way of shortchanging customers. I wasn’t pleased, and I made it clear that I would have gladly tipped more than the amount withheld. Service providers can and should do better. Customers shouldn’t have to ask for their exact change, no matter how small”

“Their water was polluted. As I turned on the water in the morning, at first the color was black with pure grime. Later on it turned brown. The staff failed to fix this problem in a timely fashion and I couldn’t shower the entire day. I ended up checking out to find a different hotel. Momo’s while acknowledging the problem has nonetheless refused to refund my payment.
Momo’s staff were also deceptive. First they told me I owed dinner bill from the night I arrived and they would issue a refund……
