“No regular coffee in the room (just decaf and tea). Housekeeping knocked on the door at 10 (well before checkout…with a do not disturb hanger on the door). She did apologize, but it led us to go ahead and pack up and leave. Breakfast is a steep charge when there’s great food all over town. The room was nice though- clean and well furnished. Great location for anything in or around Mercer and downtown Macon.”

“Place was great location and close to anything you would need. Property was nice but room was humid, super musty and smelled like mildew. Did tell staff but they said it’s been super hot. The room otherwise was nice and bed comfy.”

“They did not tell the WiFi password to us. They didn’t answer the call, And we had to go back to the front desk to ask. They also provide a wrong room initially”

“Wrote a Google review. It’s been renovated but just lipstick on a pig. Older fixtures and cracks/tears. Noisy. Charged us $13 each for standard ‘free breakfast’ everywhere else. Replied on Google that it was made-to-order option, which no one mentioned nor observed and other guests had same complaints around us. Most guests are staying next to the highway and close to fairgrounds for a mid-priced hotel. They’re trying for upscale, but it doesn’t work there. We won’t stay there again.”
