“This hotel rooms are 1 star cheap looking, no amenities a ridiculous shower that leaked all over. It felt like a servant’s room from last century. They offer things they don’t have like shuttle service and restaurant. The bars are on 8th floor, they are rented in the bldg and they are super noisy at night. Breakfast is served in a gloomy room in the parking lot! Terrible hotel.”

“We loved every experience out of it. Well maintained property and surrounding area. Staff were above and beyond, very warm and welcoming. Easily to name Jeannete, Bairo, Camilo, Julie, Kevin, David. Hotel taxi was also awesome, señor Jorge and Diego. Will easily recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Bogota close to good restaurants, shopping malls and nightlife activities. Also in short distance of medical center (clinica Santa Fe).”
