“The property was nice. The location to downtown Staunton is perfect because it’s walkable. One particular front desk person seemed very annoyed by questions/problems during our stay (Keurig in our room was broken and I went to the front desk to let her know and we needed a restock of some things in our room). One evening in particular she was not very nice to someone in our party. So that person was a bit of a downer to our trip.”
