"The only positive points were the access to the sauna and swimming pool. The rest: avoid it! Very old and uncomfortable beds and pillows. No A/C or Fan and the rooms are massively hot and humid: inferno style.
Our room was besides the fitness room: we had fun all afternoon and until 10pm. "

"Kommunikation nicht möglich. Storno Anfrage wurde nicht bearbeitet. Expedia verweist an Hotel und umgekehrt. Hotel erst mit massiver Verzögerung die Antwort, da Besetzung nur im Rahmen Sportcenter Öffnungszeiten. Rufnummern von Expedia entweder nicht erreichbar oder Warteschleife/Abbruch.
Nur KI Bearbeitung möglich, unsere Notaufnahme in der Klinik war aber um 19:00 Uhr. Erst am nächsten Tag kam nur die Antwort vom Hotel, dass wir über Expedia stornieren könnten; Antwort von Expedia kam jedoch...
