“This property is under renovation, which was not disclosed during booking. It is loud, dusty, and the 2nd floor smells strange. If you want ice, you have to take your bucket downstairs, and the staff will get you ice. If I knew all of this was going on, I definitely would have not stayed there… AND I paid over $400 for 2 nights. I feel scammed.”
