I only stayed there for one night, it was very close to the airport. Finding parking was an inconvenience, because by night the street was already filled with other cars. However, the quality of the hotel was great. What surprised me when I got into the room was the Marshall speaker on the desk. I could connect my phone to it and play nice music, which was quite nice. At first, the wifi couldn't connect to my phone nor my laptop, no matter what I did. The staff were friendly and helpful in helping me get the wifi to work, and even offered to give me a different room in another floor which had a different wifi. In the end, the wifi worked for my phone.

Staying in Frankfurt presents some issues if you are interested in efficient transport from the Hauptbahnhof (or central station). The area around the station ranges from creepy to sort of nice, and this hotel is in the nicer part. It is right across the street from the north side of the station, and easy to walk to. There is a row of hotels, including a big fancy one and Hamburger Hof is in that row.
The hotel lobby is big and airy and they have a very nice breakfast with the room. Oddly, they do not serve hamburgers, despite the name of the hotel. Staff are very nice and helpful. Great Internet access - free!
The rooms are typically small-ish European rooms, but mine was very well organized and comfortale, and the shower was one i could get in - i am 6'6" - compared with other German showers that are pretty silly boxes with sliding sides (if you've seen them, you know what I'm talking about).

Very nice interior hotel, nice bed, nice washroom, nice curtain and big TV. There is also kettle in the room (many Europe hotels do not provide that). The breakfast is also not bad (but maybe can be better) and the cutlery used is of high quality type. There is also air con in the room. The size of the room is decent enough. I like how the hotel pay attention to the minor details of the whole settings. The only thing I want to say is the location of the hotel, it is about 700 meters away from train station (as there are more nearer hotels nearby) and there were many strange people loitering on the street from train station to the hotel. I do not know what they were doing on the street. I would advise people to be careful when walking on the street.

I like the fact that this hotel has spacious rooms, a rarity in Europe. It's located less than a 5 minute walk away from Frankfurt Main Train Station (go in and out through the parking lot entrance), so it is ideal if you want to use the city as a hub of your journey throughout Germany.
There arevalso a mall and a supermarket nearby.
