“Owner was having a baby so lobby and restaurant were closed. Check in info was in an envelope by the door. After a 10 hour drive and no nearby restaurants thank God I had a couple cans of soup to heat up in the microwave. Our room was called the "Ice Cave" fitting since it was so cold! Room was so small it was claustrophobic. Congrats on the baby, but have back up to run the hotel please.”

“Overall it was a great stay. The property was clean and modernized. The location was great for hikes, star gazing, as well as local shops around for the family. My only concerns was the lack of info on the septic tank, since teaching kids to throw away toilet paper vs flushing is hard, as well as the location having two groups staying in the same home, just different levels. “We had a wonderful 4 day visit to Bryce Canyon and surrounding area. This rental is spacious, comfortable and perfectly appointed. Cliff was very responsive and attentive. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommend.”

“Very clean, loved the place just in need of a update, light over the bathroom from the 80's, kitchen counter top was worn out, bathroom needs to be renovated and brought to A.D.A standards. But we loved our time there and would go back.”

“The parking on the lower level is excellent, easy to get in and out. You will need AWD or chains in the winter, the road up has a 13 degree slope! The unit was clean and updated nicely. The front door keypad was slow and may need new batteries. We couldn’t get the fireplace working, couldn’t locate the remote, but not a big deal for us. The condo was well appointed with coffee and seasonings. The pool is in the next building over so its a bit of a walk with a small section outside. The……
