My room was not ready when I checked in at around 11:30am. I understand because the check in time is 3pm. The hotel staff asked for my cell phone number so that she could text me when the room is ready. I went to do about my business and waited until about 5:30 pm. There was no message on my phone ...
Nice hotel, but no room service on weekends (hence why it is cheaper on weekends). Coffee pot in room was dirty. Morning breakfast ok but they run out of syrup for waffles. Overall rating ok.

Close to dining, shopping, Discovery Green park area, the Convention Center, walking distance to Minute Maid Park. Free full hot breakfast daily, free cocktails and snacks every evening from 5-7pm. Great service, great location!

Upon reviewing the hotel through Expedia after checking in and stating my concerns there, the hotel management replied to me ...
Great hotel, location is good if you are calling on the business around there, make sure you have a rental (you cannot walk to any restaurants, gas station, convience store, etc...), I did not pay for the $5 a day wifi used the free one (it really was horrible)
