“We visited in the middle of December and stayed the night. The place was peaceful and welcoming. A delicious breakfast was waiting for us in the morning. In terms of location, it's perfect provided you have your own vehicle. Highly recommend staying here. ”

“A bit disappointed with my stay. I was basically the only person there for my stay, but the staff was nowhere to be found on many occasions, and they were not very helpful with transportation anywhere outside of the hotel. It felt very inconvenient to leave, forcing you to only use the amenities they offered (food and spa services). Not the worst stay but definitely not the best. ”

“Any detailed rating is really absurd so "unsatisfactory" is used just because some specific rating are demanded by this program. This hotel has been closed for some three years and has no business being advertised. It is the site of a tea farm. We did eat and sleep there because the on-site caretaker was gracious and there happened to be one bungalow kept for the owner's infrequent guests!”
