Had a great time at Harrah's. So much to see and do close by. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing I could see needs improving is the check-in/out process. Lots of people needing to be helped and only 3 desk clerks.
Every where in the hotel things ran smoothly. People came and went but no problems (if any) ever became noticeable to the guests. The rooms were cleaned with no fuss and the public areas were kept clean in spite of the fact that people were enjoying themselves day and night.
Hotel was under construction, but that didn't affect our stay. Our room was dated, but I'm sure once it is renovated it will look nice. The bathroom was clean but needed new caulking and again, hopefully the renovations will take care of that. Beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was the ...
Decent Hotel for the price with easy access to Fremont Street. No frills though and a fridge costs extra. The 5th floor roof/deck pool area is really nice with a great view- great sound system, tennis and pickle ball courts too
The smaller hotel offers better service in respect to the staff getting to know you. It was a shame the restaurant was closed as we are then limited to food oprions. Also the floor walkers serving drinks were sometimes scarce

When you enter the facility you get a sense that it is quite an old hotel but they maintain good cleanliness. I would recommend this ...
We were there for a pool tournament so the hotel was really just a place to crash at night. Beds were comfortable. Area was quiet. We found that the plumbing needs work. After a shower the bathtub did not drain very well. Another guest switched rooms due to plumbing problems. . Probably a great place ...
Our stay at the Stratosphere was good. Our only complaint was that the Concierge desk lacked a lot in customer service. Roxy's Diner was absolutely awesome, we loved everything we ordered. I don't recommend going to the McDonald's for anything, they definitely don't know what customer service is ...
